At RADA, health advocacy is one of the pillars of our work in supporting community development. Over the years, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer, have become major health concerns in Cameroon. To combat these rising threats, RADA has launched a series of initiatives aimed at raising awareness and advocating for prevention and control measures.

Our health programs focus on educating communities about the importance of lifestyle changes, regular medical check-ups, and access to primary healthcare. In partnership with the UN Inter-Agency Task Force and WHO, RADA has successfully conducted community outreach programs, focusing on NCD awareness and prevention strategies.

Through our advocacy efforts, RADA has received recognition from global health organizations for promoting the right to health and ensuring that vulnerable populations have access to healthcare services. Our work is making a tangible difference by improving health outcomes and helping people lead healthier lives.

As we look forward, we remain committed to advocating for comprehensive health policies that prioritize NCD prevention, especially in underserved communities. At RADA, we believe that a healthy community is a strong and sustainable one.
